Dear RHM Friends,    Praise the Lord! Usually we only send out special email requests around Christmas, the end of the year, and maybe 2 or 3 times a year when we have special needs. This is such a time. The above pastors previously had support from a precious sponsor whom we've been working with for 6 or 7 years now. We've mentioned some of the financial infidelity going on within their ministry in India, although these pastors are not at all responsible, and I believe were not partakers. It's been a rough process weeding out the corruption so that we feel safe to continue on with this ministry. Sadly, but understandably, the sponsor made some cuts in what they are willing to support in 2019. The above pastors are part of that cut. They were receiving $35-40 a month from the sponsor, depending on the exchange rate. Of course, that doesn't sound like much from an American perspective, but it went a long ways for them, perhaps enough to purchase most or all of the food for their families, depending on how many kids they have. Perhaps 3 of them are doing ministry in a small town, the rest doing ministry in small villages. The offerings of their congregations are very meager, as the people also are mostly poor (I'm talking VERY poor). Most of these pastors were affiliated with this ministry years before they started receiving monthly support, and most all of them were working to help support their families. Again they are in that position. Two of the above pastors (the 3rd and 6th brothers from the right) left the ministry recently, perhaps trying to join with any other ministry which could help them financially. Now there are 10 pastors needing support. PLEASE PRAY about either helping them financially, or praying for the Lord to touch other donors' hearts to do so. I don't live with them, and am not able to spend much time in this more volatile part of India, but in my observation they seem to all be humble men trying to serve the Lord the best they can. Whatever your response is, with that we will pass it onto them. About $350 a month would get them back to where they were previously. But whether you give on a monthly recurring basis, or give a one-time gift, ANYTHING would be helpful and appreciated. Bless you.
