Be Kind - A District Kindness Initiative
* T-shirt orders are due tomorrow, Monday, February 11 *

Kindness has been shown to cause a ripple effect. Research shows if you show kindness to one person, that person will show kindness to four people and those four people will show kindness to four more people and so on. These exchanges of kindness can change the world.

Lower Dauphin Communities That Care (LD CTC) and the LD Connections Club believe in this “be kind” attitude and have launched their first Kindness Initiative focused on intentional acts of kindness in our schools, workplaces and the community. We are challenging children of all ages and adults in our community to simply be kind to one another ‒ to intentionally be kind ‒ by offering up a smile, giving a high five, befriending someone new, or in any way you like!

You can support our Be Kind movement by purchasing a t-shirt for only $8.00. T-Shirt orders are due tomorrow, February 11. You can also donate the cost of a t-shirt to provide one for a child who cannot afford one. All shirts will be delivered by the end of March in time for our April Kindness Calendar (more details to come!)

A t-shirt order form were sent home with your student. You can also download one here.
