A Children's Concert:
The Lower Dauphin Middle School Wind Ensemble will
present "A Children’s Concert" on May 31 at 7:00 p.m. at East Hanover Township Community Park.
The concert will feature music from The Muppets, Beauty and the Beast, and Mary Poppins. Mary Poppins herself will be at the concert for photos with children!
Snacks and refreshments are free for children and students, courtesy of the LD Falcon Foundation.

The May Fun Run will be this coming Saturday, June 2 at the East Hanover Township Park Walking Trail. The race will start promptly at 8:30 a.m. The Fun Run is FREE for all students of East Hanover Elementary and just $5.00 for all other participants (parents, siblings not attending EHE).
TIMING:
. New Registration: 8:00AM (did not send in a form)
. Pre- Registration Check In: 8:10AM (sent in a form)
. Line-Up: 8:20AM
. Race Starts: 8:30AM
All registrants MUST complete the registration form and have a parent/guardian signature to run. Pre-registration closed April 20 but you can still register race-day morning. You will need a parent/guardian to complete your registration form and stay with you until the end of the event.
PRIZES: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place (boys & girls) in each grade will receive a medal. And the classroom with the most students who participate will receive an ice cream party!
RAFFLE: A raffle will be held after the race. Each East Hanover Elementary student present will be entered to win. Sorry, but non-East Hanover Elementary Students will not be eligible for the raffle prizes.

I would like to thank everyone for participating in this year’s “East Hanover Reads”. We received almost 100 photographs from families as they read Freckle Juice. The kids seemed to love the activities that took place all week long. I was really proud of them.
